Geeks.ae is an ambitious and successful IT startup in the Middle East, which has experienced tremendous growth since its inception a few years ago. Presently, the young leadership team is grappling with the next phase of their company evolution, establishing goals, values and strategy. Individual interviews with the leaders of the organization were key in understanding the company business, and also the leadership team dynamics that were the strengths and also the threats to the company future.

Strategy and forward-looking corporate values were discussed. The discussions uncovered various scenarios and alignment needs for the company future.
The company leadership team participated in a workshop that covered the vision and mission, leading to strategy and the corporate values.
Longer term vision alignment with short term challenges was discussed and projects and initiatives were prioritized.

Geeks realize that more work is ahead in leading and building the company into the regional (and eventually global) force that they aspire to be. The team is invigorated and working hard to achieve their targets while the leadership team is building on its strengths and preparing for the next stage of team building and executing the mid and long term strategy.
