Khaled Reda is a veteran leader with decades of experience with major multinationals, diverse cultures, and geographies. He started his career as an engineer as he worked in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the Mediterranean and behind the polar circle in Russia.
When he moved to HR Management, he worked in generalist and specialist positions focusing on people development with organizations known for best practices and leading approaches and methodologies in People Management. He also got to work as a service provider, service consumer and integrator in various roles and within complex, multi-dimensional organizations.
Khaled’s customers receive distilled experience and best practices from his work with Schlumberger, Shell, General Electric and Petroleum Development Oman. They also benefit from his deep understanding of cultural differences and ability to work with different and mixed cultures. He is natively fluent in Arabic and Russian in addition to his command of English language. He’s a certified coach and assessor.
