Coaching has always been present in the typical organization development portfolio, but what typically springs to mind is the executive coaching for the Leadership echelon, or the coaching of junior staff members shortly after joining the organization.
While these two concepts are valid, we extend the concept of coaching to the rest of the organization. Coaching is an effective tool to assure the anchoring and application of learning at the workplace across all levels of the organization.
In Learning organizations employees regularly coach each other when skill transfer and learning takes place as part of the normal workplace behavior. Coaching skills and behaviors become part of the DNA, and a regular behavior among the employees.
P3A experts will work with the customers on several fronts:
- We help customers to instill coaching as a regular behavior within their staff by running cultural change and coaching skills programs, as well as training selected customer staff as coaches (Coach the Coach).
- We regularly include coaching as a complementary activity to our training programs to assure the adoption of new skills and behaviors at the customer’s workplace.
- We offer Executive Coaching and specific skills coaching as and when needed.
