Ziad Shaibani

Ziad’s career started with Schlumberger Oilfield Services where he held various HR leadership roles that spanned 9 years and locations such as Belgium, UAE, Yemen, Libya, UK, and Tunisia. He later joined GE/Alstom in Dubai from 2009-13 before relocating to Canada and joining CGG as Country & BL HR Director.
Ziad has had extensive experience with strategic reward management, workforce planning & analysis as well as having a deep hands-on experience of talent and organizational development. His scope of coverage across different geographies and sectors allows for a measured and balanced approach to his analytical and decision-making process, something that clients will always appreciate.
